Please note that Bulletin 1780-26 was updated on 5/10/24 to preapprove the use of C-522 under certain limited circumstances. EJCDC® recommends that C-522 be used only where the construction cost is $500,000 or less, and the scheduled duration is less than 12 months. However projects funded under the RUS Water and Waste Disposal program further limit the use of C-522 to contracts with costs at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, which is currently $250,000.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
