Buyer’s Notice Regarding Conformity of Goods and Special Services is used to notify the seller that the goods and special services have been inspected and found either to conform or not to conform with the requirements of the procurement contract.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc) in a zipped file. Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files
