Project Owner’s Instructions Regarding Procurement Documents, is for use by the project owner and engineer in determining and documenting the project owner’s bidding, contracting, and insurance requirements when project owner will purchase equipment or materials.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc) within a zipped file. Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
