Work Change Directive is a document for Owner and Design-Builder’s use in authorizing changes in the Owner/Design-Builder contract before the parties have reached agreement on the effect on price, time, or both.  This document is similar EJCDC C-940 (for design-bid-build) but is specific to design-build project delivery. 

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
