Guide to the Preparation of Supplementary Conditions includes model language for numerous common and desirable provisions, detailed notes to users, guidance language, and advice on formatting and organizing Supplementary Conditions.  This document is similar to EJCDC C-800 (Guide to Preparing Supplementary Conditions for design-bid-build contracts) but is specific to design-build project delivery and addresses numerous provisions unique to design-build. 

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
