Construction Subcontract for Design-Build Project is a construction subcontract between the Design-Builder and its Subcontractor. This document is fully-integrated and coordinated with EJCDC D-512, D-520, D-525, D-700, and D-800, and significantly improves the ease and efficiency of drafting a construction subcontract for design-build delivery using EJCDC’s other design-build documents. 

Construction Subcontract for Design-Build Project replaces the former EJCDC D-521, D-526, and D-750, each of which have been discontinued.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
