Agreement between Owner and Design-Builder for Progressive Design-Build is an industry-first document that serves as the Agreement between the Owner and Design-Builder for progressive design-build. This document is a larger, more-complex Agreement than either EJCDC D-520 and D-525, and properly reflects the staged approach taken in progressive design-build to defining the project’s scope and its associated costs.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
