The Public-Private Partnership Agreement, provides a template that informs the parties of issues for consideration in finalizing a specific agreement for a public-private partnership. P3-508 provides for the attachment and incorporation of additional terms and contract documents as exhibits to address project-specific requirements relating to design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, revenue, and management.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.
