In accordance with section 7.5 of AGP Bylaws, I have maintained my current professional engineering license, and have completed a minimum of twenty professional development hours (PDHs), one hour of which are in ethics.

I am also required to maintain documentation for possible audit of my PDHs earned.

By proceeding with my renewal, I agree that I am currently licensed to practice engineering, have attained the appropriate Professional Development Hours (PDH) and adhere to Academy Code of Ethics.
