The design/builder would use Standard Form of Subagreement between Design/Builder and Engineer for Design Professional Services when an engineer has been retained to provide design professional services.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
