Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services, Task Order Edition is designed for owners and engineering firms that wish to contract for work on a series of as yet unspecified projects. It defines responsibilities, allocates risks, and defines the usual matters, e.g., term, hazardous environment, controlling law. Individual projects are then defined in a Task Order, which is included in this form. Includes main document plus eleven exhibits.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.
