The EJCDC doesn't offer a standard bid form, because legal requirements vary. However, Suggested Bid Form for Construction Contracts, which follows the Uniform Location of Subject Matter (N-122), sets out a listing of items that should be covered, with commentary regarding additional information that local laws and practice may require.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
