The term "notice of award" is defined in Article 1 of the General Conditions. Notice of Award is an important document, because many of the scheduled events and rights of the parties are keyed to it.

EJCDC includes the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the participation of more than fifteen other professional engineering design, construction, owner, legal, and risk management organizations.

EJCDC documents are delivered in Microsoft Word format (file extension *.doc). Microsoft Word is required if you wish to edit the files.
